FEMES VILMOS BECK (1885-1918) - COLLECTION JÓZSEF VÁGÓ (1877-1947) THEN PIERRE VAGO ( 1910-2002 ) Kalászt tartó (Spoon bearer also known as Woman with a wooden spoon), the model designed in [1912] Sculpture. Proof in bronze with black patina. Unsigned antique cast iron from the 1910's. Unsigned . Height : 24 cmProvenance : - Collection József Vágó (1877-1947) . Architect, figure of the Secession movement in Hungary. - Collection Pierre Vago (1910-2002) (Pierre Vágó, known as), son of the previous one. Architect, editor-in-chief of L'Architecture d'Aujourd'hui from 1932 to 1947, then president of the Editorial Committee of this publication, member of the UAM, founder of the International Union of Architects (U.I.A.) in 1948. Museum: - Deák Collection, Municipal Gallery, Székesfehérvár - A proof of the model of our sculpture is kept in this institution . - Magyar Nemzeti Galéria - A very slight bronze variant of the model of our sculpture is kept in this institution under the inventory number 56-107 N.
