ANDRÉ DU BOUCHERON (1872-1955) & FRÉDÉRIC DANTON (1874-1929) - DESIGN OF THE DECOR ATTRIBUTED TO ABEL LANDRY (1871-1923) OR LÉO LAPORTE-BLAIRSY (1865-1923 )Lucanes cerfs-volants et cardères, circa 1900Exceptional vase of naturalistic form, truncated cone with four detached protuberances, evoking a tree trunk. Proof in richly iridescent ceramics; the decoration treated metallic purple on a shaded green background. The decoration attributed to Abel Landry or Léo Laporte-Blairsy, both having collaborated in the manufacture. Art nouveau period. A tiny chip and small jumps of enamel around the neck. Monogrammed D. L. Limoges under the base, vestige of an old paper label inside. Height : 44,5 cm
