The Domaine de la Poulette : a know-how passed on from mother to daughter for six generations.

Domaine de la Poulette is a very old property in Burgundy: the family has been present on the wine coast since the time of Louis XIV. For more than six generations, the Domaine has been passed on by women, all of whom are passionate about wine.

In 2009, the Domaine was taken over by Hélène Michaut, who has been involved on a daily basis ever since, developing a dematerialized management and an Internet presence. She has exposed the estate to a new international market: it now attracts many foreign buyers from China, Japan, Denmark, New Caledonia, Lebanon and the United Arab Emirates.

The Domaine de la Poulette operates more than 16 hectares of vines located on three climates of Nuits-Saint-Georges and in Vosne-Romanée, including a parcel of Nuits 1^erCru named "le Clos des Poulettes", surrounded by 3 walls. From the conception of the wine to its finality, in other words, from the bunch of grapes to its bottling, everything is done within this family estate.

Since taking over the Domaine de la Poulette in 1993, Françoise & François Michaut have set aside a few dozen magnums of wine each year, harvested, vinified and matured with passion and energy... It is the wine of a whole generation to which you have access.

A few weeks before Christmas, Ader E&P will be auctioning off multiple lots of magnums from this unique vineyard: the women who have run it have been able to preserve the authenticity of the oldest traditions, while taking advantage of the latest technical developments in the wine industry. This collection of 3,719 magnums sold in 1,264 lots is just like them, unique in the Côte de Nuits!

The collection of the sold lots will take place by appointment (30' click & collect) at Domaine de la Poulette located at 103 Grande Rue, 21700 Corgoloin.

All lots will be collected on the spot before December 3rd 2021.

Two dates are set for the delivery of the lots sold on site at the Domaine de la Poulette:

-Thursday, December 2, 2021 from 8:00 am to 4:00 pm

-Friday, December 3, 2021 from 8:00 am to 12:00 pm

ONLY BY PRIOR APPOINTMENT (30 minutes slot on site),we will send you an email with all the necessary information as soon as your auction slip is paid.

By default, we will invoice the home delivery costs of 25€ HT (30€ TTC) directly on the auction slip. TRANSVINS will collect the lots from Friday 3 December. Deliveries in Paris and the Paris region (75, 92, 93, 94) will be made on two dates, as desired:

• Saturday 11 December morning
• Saturday 15 January morning

For deliveries in the regions, you will have to make an appointment directly with the TRANSVINS company.

Insurance: the legal insurance provides for a reimbursement of 33€/kilo or approximately 92.40€/ magnum.

These delivery costs of 25€ (30€ VAT included) per lot will be reimbursed to you by bank transfer if you come to pick up your lots yourself, or any person mandated by you.
