ONLINE sale of great Bordeaux wines for the benefit of the LAZARE association

The auction, carried out for the benefit of the LAZARE association, is a charity sale.

All the funds collected by ADER EP will be donated to the LAZARE association.

The LAZARE association will not issue a tax receipt to the buyers, in accordance with the legislation in force.

Buyers will not pay any fees or taxes in addition to the auction price..

These wines, donated to the Lazare association, are sold to open a house in Bordeaux that will welcome homeless people and young working people in shared accommodation.

100% of the money collected is dedicated to this project.

Wine has often damaged street people: here it is a means for their liberation: thank you!

It is said that wine rejoices the heart of man. This wine, yours, will gladden your heart and those we welcome.

The proceeds from this sale will help finance major renovations to a large Lazare house in the Bastide district of Bordeaux. This house will be able to accommodate 33 young working and homeless roommates as well as a host family. The house is scheduled to open in 2023.

A first house opened in Bordeaux in September with a capacity of 16 young working and homeless people, partly thanks to the sale of wine in 2020.

The number of wineries supporting Lazare by offering their wines for this sale is increasing significantly this year, with more than 75 wineries from Bordeaux, Champagne and Cognac represented.

We would like to thank the corporate sponsors and the entire wine industry for their commitment to the project, in particular the locally based transport company GT Solutions, which offered to transport the wines from Bordeaux to Paris. Wine merchants and brokers also supported the project by offering wine or helping with logistics, such as the Compagnie Médocaine des Grands Crus and Bureau Barre et Touton.

The greatest estates of the Bordeaux region generously donated their wines for this auction: Château Montrose, Château Figeac, Domaine Baron Rothschild (Château Lafite Rothschild, Rieussec), Pétrus, Château La Fleur-Pétrus, Château Haut-Brion, Château Palmer, Château Cheval Blanc, Château Haut-Bailly, Château Talbot, Chateau Phélan Ségur, Chateau d'Issan, Baron Philippe de Rothschild (Chateau d'Armailhac), Chateau de Fargues, Chateau Cos d'Estournel, Chateau Pichon Longueville Comtesse de Lalande and other great chateaux of Bordeaux. There are also prestigious Champagne and Cognac houses that participated such as Taittinger and Remy Martin...

The collection of the sold lots will take place by appointment (30 minutes slot on the spot) in a storage space at 43 Rue Spontini, Paris 16ème (75116).

All lots must be collected on site before 11 December 2021 .

Two dates are set for the delivery of the lots sold on the spot :

- Thursday, December 9, 2021 from 9:30 am to 6 pm.

- Friday, December 10, 2021 from 9:30 am to 6 pm.
