On the occasion of the major renovation of the Sources de Caudalie, the furniture of this famous address will be auctioned off for the benefit of the Bordeaux association La Maraude du Cœur. Until January 21, the Sources de Caudalie, in partnership with Ader Entreprises & Patrimoine - the first auction house dedicated to promoting the value of corporate assets - will be offering for sale pieces of furniture from the Palace des Vignes, a five-star hotel in the Bordeaux region. Les Sources de Caudalie, a five-star hotel on the grounds of Château Smith Haut Lafitte, promises a complete change of scenery in the heart of the Bordeaux vineyards. With 40 rooms and 21 personalized suites, a two-starred restaurant La Grand'Vigne, an inn La Table du Lavoir and a gourmet grocery store and wine bar Rouge, the entire hotel is dedicated to the "art of the vine. A vinotherapy spa completes this experience by offering unique treatments that exploit the moisturizing, anti-aging and anti-oxidizing properties of grapes. The opportunity to give a second life to all this furniture, in accordance with the eco-responsible philosophy of Alice and Jérôme Tourbier, owners and founders of the place, who wish to turn towards an image in conformity with the environmental stakes. This is what led them to work in partnership with ADER EP, the first auction house dedicated to the valorization of corporate assets, in a responsible economic approach. Part of the funds collected will be donated to the local association La Maraude du Coeur. This non-profit association from Bordeaux helps people in precarious situations by distributing meals, but also basic necessities and hygiene products and clothes. A cause to which Les Sources de Caudalie and the Tourbier couple are particularly sensitive, as players in the hotel and restaurant industry.
