In the case of a move, or a desire to renew furniture, ADER Entreprises & Patrimoine aims to enhance the value of banks’ assets through an auction organized in several stages. Among the major sales organized by ADER E&P, the sale of Banque Palatine's furniture in 2021 resulted in the winning bid for an oil on canvas attributed to Jacob VAN OOST (Saint John the Evangelist - lot 35). More recently, the 3 sales of BNP Paribas furniture in early 2023 were marked by the record sale of a stepladder by Jean PROUVÉ, which fetched €313,600.
