Clémence Vazard is a French transdisciplinary artist working between Paris, Arles and Mexico City. Her practice explores the invisible links between living beings and their environment, questioning dominant history through alternative narratives. Her nomadic approach, rooted in the territories, translates into a methodology of research-creation in the field and a collaborative creative process. Graduating with distinction from the MA Art & Science program at Central Saint Martins (London), she has exhibited internationally, notably at the Institut Culturel du Mexique (Paris), Centro Cultural Metropolitano (Quito), and Galerie Regala (Arles). Her recent work uses plant dyes to reveal the invisible links between humans, water and plants in an ecology of relationships.
