The hotel BURDIGALA,

4* HOTEL IN BORDEAUX , is announcing an ambitious renovation that will be completed in 2022.

To mark the start of the first phase of work, the hotel is organising a series of exclusive auctions of its furniture.

From 23 November to 8 December, the Inwood hotel group in partnership with Ader Entreprises & Patrimoine - the first auction house dedicated to the development of corporate heritage - will be offering for sale pieces of furniture from the iconic Bordeaux hotel Burdigala**** during a second online auction.

Elsa Joly-Malhomme, Head of the sale, will present furniture, artworks, operating equipment and lighting.

"We are delighted to put our expertise as auctioneers at the service of corporate heritage.

The Inwood Group will donate part of the proceeds of the sale to the "Plant 1 million trees" project initiated by Bordeaux Métropole.

Buyer's fee: 25% incl. VAT, including the Drouot.com fee of 3% incl. VAT

All lots will be available for collection at the hotel at 115 rue George Bonnac (33000 Bordeaux)

Two dates have been set for the delivery of the lots sold:

• Monday 13 December from 8am to 5pm.
• Tuesday 14 December from 8am to 4pm
