It's a blue paradise, whose tranquility is only disturbed by the sound of the waves in the Anse de la Garoupe, reached by a small private path. In this unique landscape of umbrella pines and ochre rocks, which inspired Nicolas de Staël and Pablo Picasso, a large, beautiful mansion houses this boutique hotel. The refined, contemporary rooms, all with terrace or balcony, open onto a park planted with century-old olive trees, where the swimming pool and wellness area are nestled. The private beach lined with succulents and laurel trees, and the restaurant terrace shaded by mulberry trees, complete the picture of this oasis of freshness and calm.

On the occasion of the exclusive auction of its furniture, L'Impérial Garoupe will donate part of its profits to the NaturDive association.

Created in 2017, NaturDive aims to encourage any action to protect the marine environment. A fine project driven by a group of committed citizens with a desire to act in favor of biodiversity in the Mediterranean.

If lots cannot be collected on one of the above dates, they will be transferred to the Transports Laurent warehouses (Z.I. du Capitou, 1944 avenue Jean Lachenaud - 83600 FRÉJUS) from Saturday October 21 at 5pm, and storage fees will be charged accordingly, at the following rates:

• Transfer of non-recovered lots to storage: €30 ex. tax / m3
• Monthly storage rent: €10 excl. tax / m3
• Dock opening fee: €10 excl. tax / customer
